Mocha Protein Smoothie

What you need:

1 large banana or two small (frozen bananas work best)

• 1⁄2 cup (350g) cauliflower
• 1⁄2 small avocado
• 1 cup (240ml) coffee
• 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened cashew milk
• 1⁄2 cup (48g) vegan chocolate protein powder

Directions:

Brew 1 cup of coffee and set aside to cool. Peel the avocado and cut into pieces. Place the cauliflower, avocado, cashew milk, coffee and vegan protein powder into a blender. Blend until smooth.
